FOr now though why don’t you just disable the Ir receiver and then just leave it be when you don’t need the cheats anymore. They get in the way and are just an eye-sore. I microsogt checked and i do have the permissions to disable it, but it wont let me. I’m running windows 7 and this happened to me as well. Those Microsoft eHome devices or drivers need to be disabled in order to allow the game to “see” the tilde key being pressed. Just a uninstall option.
